Nikhil Korgaonkar is the Country Manager at Absolute Security and a proven leader with over 24 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cyber Resilience. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles at renowned technology companies including Dell, Symantec, Veritas, and CA Arcserve. He also served in an APAC leadership capacity at a global leader in Disaster Recovery Workflow Automation. Abhishek Jha is a Global Technology and Risk Executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning defence, banking, and multinational enterprise environments.

As the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Tata Technologies, he leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity and technology governance, with oversight across infrastructure, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and organizational resilience across multiple geographies.

Prior to this, he held key responsibilities within Citibank’s India franchise, where he drove technology and risk governance, managed regulatory engagements under supervisory frameworks, and led cross-border operational risk initiatives.
